Teacher / RYT-200 Pilates

Pilates has been a part of my life for over 25 years, this form, this method of mind body integration has helped me grow, heal, and become empowered when life handed me a brain tumor. My recovery was fast and I became stronger mentally and physically. Pilates and yoga can produce miracles. I completed my Pilates Mat certification in 2000 in New York with Kelly Kane Core Integration. So very grateful for her time and wisdom. I began teaching in NJ in clubs and corporate fitness centers also offering personal training sessions. Along my way I have taught in MA NJ CA MD and Tampa Bay FL. I completed a power yoga certification with Adrienne Reed (pbs teacher) in 2013. Very grateful for all her time and knowledge.

In my classes, I love to combine dynamic creative sequencing, props, playfulness, and some hard work. Stretches and breathwork are included throughout the session to leave you feeling nourished, balanced, and relaxed, with energy left for your day.

In ten sessions you will feel the difference,In twenty you will see the difference, in thirty you will have a whole new body.~ J.H.Pilates

Correy Johnson

Teacher / RYT 200

I was drawn to yoga as a different form of workout. From the first class I attended, I realized yoga was so much more. The studio welcomed me with open arms into its community. I quickly fell in love with yoga and learned how much more there is to it. I strive to keep learning and expanding my knowledge of yoga so that I can share that transformation with others. I would encourage anyone to try not only my class but every instructor as yoga includes such a wide breadth of styles. Learn from me, learn from others, and most importantly learn from your own body, self, and experiences.

Teacher / RYT 200 Warm Vinyasa Flow

I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. Yoga has always been a passion of mine and I decided to take that passion and turn it into an everyday part of my life. Yoga has taught me to be present in the moment, connected to body, mind and breath. It has also become something that I use not during my practice, but in day to day life. I have been teaching for two years and it has changed my life. Fun flows combined with pose variations and some funky music are what you can look forward to if you attend one of my classes. Looking forward to meeting you on the mat!

Dawn designs classes that suit all levels of practitioners while offering modifications to newcomers and indulging seasoned yogis with advanced instruction and opportunities for experimentation. Breath, drishti, alignment, and balanced energizing flows are consistent points of focus in her classes.
